Michael R. Oxford, President

Michael R. Oxford, President and Founder of Oxford Retirement & Estate Planning, Inc. (OREP) and Oxford Legacy Planning, Inc. (OLP), began his career in the financial services industry in 1980. He has dedicated his professional life towards helping businesses and individuals realize their fiancial goals, expanding his expertise into the charitable giving arena by advising foundations and donors alike.
Michael has conducted over one thousand educational financial seminars for audiences across the country and works daily with clients and representatives alike, educating them on the benefits of basic and complex planning strategies to protect and grow personal wealth.
Michael understands the necessity for professional guidance given the volitile economic climate our country has experienced over the last decade. "Our business involves helping client's transition from the "accumulating time" in their lives to a conservative model that assures they don't outlive their assets!" going on to mention that, "Both asset preservation and charitable giving planning involve many factors and will vary with each individual's circumstances and goals. Richard L. Oxford
Investment Advisor Representative
Richard L. Oxford has been providing strategic financial advice to individuals, businesses and charitable organizations since 2003 when he joined forces with his brother, Michael, at Oxford Retirement & Estate Planning, Inc. Utilizing his skills and experiences from prior career opportunities, he continues assisting individuals and businesses in navigating toward a sound financial future.
Rick graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1979, embarking on a lucrative career with a prominent regional contractor where, in his role in senior management, he was instrumental in the completion of many large-scale construction projects throughout the Southwest, to include casinos, hospitals and universities.
Rick completed an on-line Executive Masters of Business Administration degree in 1999. He was so impressed with the program that he invested and helped launch the world's first on-line international business degree program becoming its Director of Operations. During this period he was responosible for the school's international marketing campaign resulting in contractually opening China, Africa and The Middle East to the programs. He remains a Major Shareholder in this program.

Landon M. Randall
Representative
Landon M. Randall attended the University of Arizona before joining the United States Military in 2001. Mr. Randall bravely served the United States of America for 6 years as a Helicopter Search and Rescue Swimmer in the U.S. Navy. His deployment took him around the world on many dangerous missions, including Operation Enduring Freedom where he flew 37 combat missions over Iraq and as a result was awarded the Navy Air Medal.
After an Honorable Discharge from the Navy in 2007, Landon has taken on a new endeavor to build a private sector career in the Financial Services industry with Oxford Retirement & Estate Planning. Since retiring from military duty and joining the Oxford Team, Landon has been mentored and tutored by one of the best in the industry, his Uncle Michael Oxford who is a 30-year veteran of the Financial Services Industry and President of Oxford Retirement & Estate Planning, Inc.
Landon’s credo while serving his country was “So others may live”. Since joining Oxford, Landon has modified that credo to: “So others may live Happily”. The United States military trusted Landon, who put his life on the line for the freedoms of our country and its’ citizens. Not only can you trust Landon with your life, you can trust he will honorably help you reach your financial goals as well!

Kimberley M. White
Representative
Kimberley M. White, an Arizona native, studied Psychology at Arizona State University. Kimberley began her financial services career with Principal Financial Group in 1998 where she gained extensive knowledge on the 401(k) sales and service process. During this time she obtained her series 7, 63 and insurance licenses. She continued to build her career with Horace Mann, a niche company specializing in insurance and financial products for educators. In this position Kimberley worked one on one with individual clients, helping to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
During the last decade, Kimberley has witnessed the ever changing volatile market and has come to realize the importance of providing her services through a independant channel. This allows her to conduct in-depth needs assessment with her clients and provide an un-bialsed selection of investment vehicles tailored to their specific needs. This is when she decided to join forces with Oxford Retirement & Estate Planning, Inc., whom she feels has the integrity, knowledge and have aligned themselves with all the right companies to provide diversity, which is exactly what she thinks her clients are looking for.
Kimberley has also served as a volunteer on an educational foundation board, her community home owners association, and is a member of Arizona Assisted Living Home Association. She lives to serve the needs of her family, community and clients. Above all she believes that honesty and integrity are the most important virtues and hopes you will find the trust in her to profide that type of service for your families for many years.
